Returns and refunds

European Union 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@incompris.co within this period. We will provide return instructions.

The item should be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Defective, damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at info@incompris.co as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
